Kasey and Melissa have been best friends for over 7 years. They both received their certifications together from the Wedding Planning Institute in February of 2007. They make a perfect team while directing any event. They pride themselves in being able to be in two places at the same time while making sure that every detail is taken care of.

Kasey Ross is a determined and extremely task oriented person that does not quit until every detail is presented perfectly. With a generation of experience in art and design, she integrates a creative means of sparking unique ideas that intertwine her client's personalities with exquisite taste and elegance. Working closely with her surrounding community to directly aid in the planning of two of the largest fundraising events in the Bay Area, Kasey realized her true passion for event planning, and became involved with numerous weddings and social events for clients, friends, and family. After planning her own wedding in 2005 she immediately began volunteering in order to learn all aspects of event planning, which resulted in the formation of Dream it Events.

Melissa Franco
Certified Wedding Consultant / Co-owner

Melissa Franco started out 7 years ago, planning her own wedding. And even though she had no experience with weddings prior she realized she had a natural ability to bring a beautiful event together. Her wedding went off without a hitch! Melissa's extreme attention to detail was honed in when she received her bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Although this career was very lucrative, it didn't seem to match her enthusiasm towards social events. When Melissa became a mother in 2004 her level of patience increased dramatically. Now, she can handle anything from even the most stressed out bride to the totally clueless groom with care and a great sense of humor.

It's not just that she loves weddings and everything they stand for, it's the idea of creating an event that everyone will remember and feel in their hearts forever.
